Terms of Service

These are the basic terms for working with RankBooster. Your signed service agreement contains the full terms and takes priority if anything here differs from it.

The plan

• We build your website for free — there is no build fee.
• Hosting and care costs $249/month plus HST, billed monthly through Stripe autopay.
• The plan includes hosting, SSL and domain management; up to 10 small content updates per month (text, photos, hours, services — changes taking under 30 minutes each); Google Business Profile optimization and a monthly check; review section updates; uptime monitoring and backups; and call / tap-to-call buttons on your site.

Term and cancelling

• The first term is 6 months. After that, the plan continues month-to-month.
• After the first 6 months, you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
• If you want to own the site outright, you can buy it out for $499 plus HST. We then hand over the site files.

Ownership

You own your domain and the content you give us (logo, photos, text). The site files transfer to you when you buy out the site.

Not included

• Paid ads management.
• E-commerce or online payments setup.
• Guaranteed Google rankings.

No ranking guarantees

We work to help customers find you, but no one can guarantee a specific position on Google, and we don't.

What we need from you

Accurate business information, the content for your site, and access to your domain and Google Business Profile so we can do the work.
